Force on a object at rest

This box is at rest and no one is pushing or pulling it, then only two forces act on it, one its weight which acts downward and second normal force exerted by earth on object which acts upward.
Note: Weight = mg (means mass of object multiplied by acceleration due to gravity)
Value of acceleration due to gravity is 9.8 m/s2
